OUR STORY

From Vision to Industry Leader

Hill Altala Technical Works LLC was founded in 2020 with a single conviction: that the construction and maintenance industry in the UAE deserved better. Better quality. Better communication. Better accountability.

What began as a focused technical services operation has grown into one of Dubai's most respected multidisciplinary contractors — delivering integrated contracting and technical services across waterproofing, structural repair, facade refurbishment, MEP services, painting, flooring, refurbishment, and property assessments. We support projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from engineering consultancy to construction, installation, and commissioning.

Our growth has been built on a foundation of technical excellence, transparent client relationships, and a commitment to operational precision. We specialize in works requiring live-building execution, controlled access sequencing, and coordination with facility management teams — the projects most contractors avoid.
